QUALITY & SERVICE
All quilts are handmade in Newcastle using only premium cotton fabrics and high quality cotton wadding and thread. I cut, sew, quilt and bind every quilt. They are made to be loved... and if well cared for, will last for many years.
When selecting a MADE TO ORDER item, it will be constructed as close to the example shown as much as possible.

QUILT CARE
Gentle machine wash in cold water only, line dry or tumble dry on low if you would like the vintage, soft crinkly look. Will shrink slightly on first wash. :: The more a quilt is washed, the softer it will become ::
DELIVERY
As many of the items are bulky, all postage costs are calculated in the Cart based on Australia Post rates for the size and weight of the total order. Parcels are sent from Newcastle with tracking included. Generally shipped within 1-2 business days of receiving payment. Allow additional 2+ days for delivery by Australia Post depending on where you live. If timing is an issue, Express Post is available on request.
Your order will be well wrapped or boxed in secure packaging. Due to circumstances that may occur that are out of my control, I am not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen items by Australia Post and no refund will be issued. If this is a concern, you may elect to pay for Extra Cover to insure your package with Australia Post. Please contact me to add this option to your order.
If you are an overseas customer, please email me through the contact page to discuss international postage options.RETURNS
Regrettably I cannot refund for change of mind on one-of-a-kind items, but I can provide you with a credit note equal to the value of your purchase. You must notify me within 5 days of delivery and the item/s must be returned in original
condition within 7 days, unused and unwashed. Please note I do not credit or refund any postage/return postage costs.
Alternatively, you may also bring the item/s for exchange in person to my next market location, provided you have notified me within 5 days, and we have discussed a replacement of equal value.
If you find a fault with any item please notify me as soon as possible after delivery.
There is no return or exchange on any SALE item.
MONITOR COLOURS
Due to the inconsistencies associated with viewing images on various monitors, the actual fabric colours may vary slightly to those viewed on your screen.
Sometimes I might be able to mail swatches of fabrics (if I have suitable scraps) before you make a purchase. Please use the contact page to discuss this option further.
